The winter solstice symbolizes renewal, hope, rebirth as the longest night of the year as the sun slowly returns and more brings more daylight ahead. Animals and nature allow pause and light slumber and we as a society will reflect that in our lives as well and will learn to do so more intentionally in this class. 🎯

It represents for us more rest, reflection and release of all things we’ve outgrown, what or who no longer serves our highest good, and old ways of thinking.

“What are you ready to let go of??” Release, Visualize, Create. 

We will go through an exercise to allow those old thoughts and pattens to safely allow reveal themselves so they can be completely released to bring in more of the ‘good’ that is already here for us now.

There will be 3 powerful and transformative exercises:

✨A physical burning of the things we’ve written down and will be done outside to be completely free of those outdated items. “Out with the old, in with the new!!”

✨A guided meditation to uplift, elevate and enliven your new vision of your life NOW.

✨A very special healing ceremony at the end, like the sacred and special cherry on top of a very magical and transformative day.

The investment is $99 and 9 represents the ‘end of a cycle’ in numerology so that adds to the extra good juju and acknowledgment of anew.

Class runs from 12:00pm- 2:30 p.m. at a private residence in Brookfield, WI. Pre-registration is required for space is limited.
